Lindeka Quampi startet as a documentary-photographer in 2008 by joining  the cooperative "Iliso Labantu", wihch means "Eye of the People". Iliso Labantu was founded by professional photographers from Cape Town. Lindeka soon went with her extraordinary pictures for exhibitions in Germany, Italy, Austria and the US. The young Mother of four children lives in the Township of Khaeylitsha near Cape Town. We did meet Lindeka and did work with her in 2009 (see here, available only in german language) Today you´ll find Lindekas work in galleries around Cape Town South Africa (like here).
